Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:
✔ The wrong product was delivered.
✔ The product was damaged during shipping.
✔ The product is defective or expired upon arrival.

Due to alcohol regulations, we do not accept returns for:
✖ Change of mind or personal preference.
✖ Opened bottles or partially consumed products.
✖ Products that have been stored incorrectly after delivery.

Return Process

If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to initiate a return:

2️⃣ Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
3️⃣ Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide instructions if your return is approved.

🚛 Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the shipping costs.
  • If not, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. Refunds are issued in the following cases:

Non-Refundable Items

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been processed for shipment.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
