Return Window
All eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. This timeframe applies only to the situations listed above (damaged, wrong, or defective items).
How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions for shipping the item back.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
